Project Management

We know that every client has different needs, timelines and expectations.  Project Management is not a “one-size fits all” type of service.  Projects come in all sizes and complexities, the common elements include people, processes, technologies, money, deliverables, and timelines. From a technical standpoint, Project Managers must be prepared to address Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Procurement Management within the project on an as-needed basis.  But at a practical level it comes down to people, process, technology, money, deliverables, and timelines. Excellence in Project Management requires listening to the Client and accepting the responsibility to deliver a project where it satisfies the Client’s business objectives.  Or to help the Client complete or improve some part of an existing project or concept with expert advice and perspective.  This may be managing an on-time software release, delivering a telecom or business process improvement (BPI) project, providing a clear scope document to guide contract completion, provide mentoring of Client teams, or replacing an existing Project Manager whose skills are not up to the challenge or task at hand.
